CSV import

CSV import creates customers, contacts, and opportunities in your workspace. The only required headers are company and opportunity.

Optional headers: contact, email, title, stage, amount, note, and next_action_at. Use an ISO-8601 date and time for next_action_at, for example 2026-09-15T10:00:00Z.

Review the completion message after import. It reports how many opportunities were imported and whether any rows need correction. Imported records appear in Leads, Customers, Contacts, and Customer 360.

CRM terms

Leads are opportunities you are tracking. Customers are the companies in your workspace. Contacts are people linked to those companies. Customer 360 brings an opportunity, company, contact, notes, tasks, and reminders together in one view.

AI status

AI analysis is not enabled for this Pilot. The workspace does not send messages automatically; any future draft workflow requires human approval.
